This method will edit the cell tag. The cell tag is a tag that appears on all of the cell frames. To edit a sub-cell the tag use the Leadtools.MedicalViewer.MedicalViewerCell.EditTag(int, int, MedicalViewerTagAlignment, MedicalViewerTagInformation) method.
