	DownloadMessage	If IsAvailable is false , DownloadMessage provides instructions for downloading OpenSSL .
	InstalledVersion	If DicomOpenSslVersion.IsAvailable is true , InstalledVersion contains the specific version of the located OpenSSL libraries.
	IsAvailable	Returns true if the OpenSSL libraries are present, and the version of the OpenSSL libraries is the RequiredVersion; false otherwise.
	RequiredVersion	Contains the version of the OpenSSL libraries that LEADTOOLS requires to enable the security features.
