Loads segments from a file.

Parameters

pHSEGMENTATION phSegment

Pointer to a segmentation handle to be updated with the loaded segments.

pBITMAPHANDLE pBitmap

Pointer to a valid bitmap handle that contains size information used to clip the segments.

L_TCHAR * pszFileName

Character string that contains the output file name.

This function loads the segments from a file to the segmentation handle.

Call L_MrcEnumSegments to enumerate the segments.
