Insert L_OcrPage into the OCR document.

Parameters

L_OcrDocument document

Handle to the OCR document.

L_INT index

Index where you wish to insert the page inside the document internal pages list.

L_OcrPage page

Handle to the OCR page to insert into the document. You can obtain this OCR page handle by creating the page using L_OcrPage_FromBitmap method.
