Determines whether the specified button is enabled for mouse input.
Pointer to a toolbar handle.
Identifier of the button for which to retrieve the status.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates whether the specified button is enabled or disabled. Possible values are:

| TRUE | The specified button is enabled. |
| FALSE | The specified button is disabled. |
