0	Add	(0)One or more items were added to the collection.
1	Remove	(1)One or more items were removed from the collection.
2	Replace	(2)One or more items were replaced in the collection. In this case, the NotifyLeadCollectionChangedEventArgs.OldStartingIndex and NotifyLeadCollectionChangedEventArgs.NewStartingIndex will be the same.
3	Move	(3)One or more items were moved within the collection. In this case, the NotifyLeadCollectionChangedEventArgs.OldItems and NotifyLeadCollectionChangedEventArgs.NewItems should have the same entries.
4	Reset	(4)The content of the collection changed dramatically.
