Retrieves the name of the specified drive.

Parameters

ILTDVDBurner *pDVDBurner

Pointer to an ILTDVDBurner interface.

long Index

Value that represents a zero-based index of the drive for which to retrieve its name.

BSTR *pVal

Pointer to a character string to be updated with the drive's name.

Returns

Comments

The retrieved name can be changed by the system: it is not suitable for drive identification. For more information, refer to the Microsoft documentation for system File/Volume API functions at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/fileio/volume-management-functions.

If the function succeeds, the user is responsible for freeing the retrieved drive name string by calling SysFreeString.
