Initializes the PDF compressor and creates an empty PDF document file in the memory.

LPDFCompressor::Init must be called before calling any other PDF compressor functions.

When the PDF Compressor and the PDF document are no longer needed, they should be freed by calling LPDFCompressor::Free. For every call to LPDFCompressor::Init there must be a call to LPDFCompressor::Free.
