Loads segments from a file.

Parameters

LBitmapBase * pBitmap

Pointer to the target LBitmapBase object that references the target bitmap.

L_TCHAR * pszFileName

Character string that contains the output file name.

This function loads the segments from a file to the segmentation handle.

Call LSegment::MrcEnumSegments to enumerate the segments.
