A handle to the window that represents the cell on which the function's effect will be applied.
Flag that indicates whether to freeze or unfreeze the specified cell. Possible values are:
Value | Meaning |
---|---|
TRUE | Freeze the specified cell. No further container actions can be applied to this cell while it is frozen. |
FALSE | Un-freeze the specified cell. Actions associated with the container can be applied to the specified cell. |
Reserved for future use. Pass 0.

Freezing a cell means that no actions using the mouse or the keyboard can be performed on the cell. Some cell properties can still be changed manually however using L_DispContainerSetCellProperties, L_DispContainerSelectCell and L_DispContainerSetProperties.
