Retrieves a value indicating whether the list of supported speeds has changed.

Pointer to an ILTDVDBurner interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value indicating whether the speed list has changed from the last call to the ILTDVDBurner::put_CurrentDrive or ILTDVDBurner::RefreshSpeedList functions. Possible values are:
| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
| VARIANT_TRUE | The supported speed list has changed. Enumerate the new list by calling ILTDVDBurner::get_SpeedCount, ILTDVDBurner::GetSpeedName, and ILTDVDBurner::GetSpeedValue. |
| VARIANT_FALSE | The supported speed has not changed since the last time ILTDVDBurner::RefreshSpeedList or ILTDVDBurner::put_CurrentDrive was called. |

If the burner is not in the idle state, the returned value in the pVal parameter will be VARIANT_FALSE.
