Frees the toolbar handle.

Parameters

pTOOLBARHANDLE pToolbar

Pointer to a toolbar handle.

Returns

Value	Meaning
SUCCESS	The function was successful.
< 1	An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes

Comments

When the toolbar handle is no longer needed, this function should be called to free it.
