A helper class used to send a message using the MessagingQueue.

Remarks

This is the LEADTOOLS Medical Storage Demo (StorageServerManagerDemo_Original.exe) that ships with the toolkit to send a message that a DICOM file has been stored. Other applications can choose to respond to this message.
