Remarks

Gets or sets the opacity value.

The Opacity property is associated with the following properties:

Wind dialog box:

In this case it represents the density, in pixels, of the thin lines used to create the wind effect. Possible values range from 0 - 100.

Pixelate dialog box:

In this case it represents how transparent the cells are, compared to the original pixels. This is a percentage. Possible values are 0 – 100. (0 is total opacity and 100 is total transparency.)
