Overview:  Refer to Implementing PhotoCD and FlashPix Features.

Remarks

The number of available resolutions in the specified PhotoCD, FlashPix, or JBIG file.

The ReadLoadResolutions method updates this property.

The GetLoadResolution method can also update this property, setting it to 1.
