Retrieves a value that indicates the point at which the still image is captured.

Parameter

Description

pPlay

Pointer to an IltmmPlay interface.

Tap

Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates the point at which the still image is captured. For a list of possible values, refer to the ltmmPlay_StillTap constants.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

<> S_OK

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

Still images can be captured using IltmmPlay::GetStillDIB, IltmmPlay::GetStillPicture, IltmmPlay::SaveStillDIB or IltmmPlay::SaveStillBitmap.

To set the tap point, call IltmmPlay::put_StillTap.
