public value class LeadPoint : public System.ValueType, System.IFormattable
Various parts of the LEADTOOLS toolkit require a structure that represents a point with X and Y values. Although the .NET framework contains many structures that can be used for this such as System.Drawing.Point and System.Windows.Point, they are tied to specific platforms (GDI+ and WPF/Silverlight in the previous case).
The LeadPoint structure specifies a platform-independent representation of a point. If required, you can convert a LeadPoint structure to a platform-dependent point.
To convert a GDI+ System.Drawing.Point (source) to LeadPoint, use the following code:
LeadPoint dest = new LeadPoint(source.X, source.Y)
To convert a LeadPoint (source) to GDI+ System.Drawing.Point, use the following code:
System.Drawing.Point dest = new System.Drawing.Point(source.X, source.Y)
To convert a WPF System.Windows.Point (source) to LeadPoint, use the following code:
LeadPoint dest = new LeadPoint((int)source.X, (int)source.Y)
To convert a LeadPoint (source) to WPF System.Windows.Point, use the following code:
System.Windows.Point dest = new System.Windows.Point(source.X, source.Y)
