ToHtml Method

Summary

Converts this RasterColor structure to an html color.

Return Value

An HTML compatible string representation of the color of this RasterColor structure.

Remarks

If the color has an alpha component of 255, then the result is in the #RRGGBB format, if the color has an alpha component with any other value than 255; then the result is the rgba(r,g,b,a) format.
