L_LTOCR_API L_INT EXT_FUNCTION L_OcrEngine_Shutdown(engine)

Shuts down the OCR engine.

| engine | Handle to the OCR engine. |
| SUCCESS | The function was successful. |
| < 1 | An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes. |
This function will shutdown the OCR engine but it will not destroy any user changed settings made to any of the engine managers like setting manager, language manager, ...etc.
For each call made to the L_OcrEngine_Startup function there should be a call to L_OcrEngine_Shutdown.
