Changes from Version 14 to Version 14.5

Version 14.5 of LEADTOOLS TWAIN C++ Class Library has changed from version 14 as follows:

• LEADTOOLS TWAIN C++ Class Library now supports JPEG compression.

• LEADTOOLS TWAIN C++ Class Library has added high-level functions let the user get and set specific capabilities, either singularly, or in groups.
