Gets the current horizontal and vertical resolution used to transfer images from the current TWAIN source.

This function gets the horizontal and vertical resolution capability values ICAP_XRESOLUTION and ICAP_YRESOLUTION. For more information on these capabilities, refer to http://www.twain.org/ and click on TWAIN Specification (Version 1.9).
To set the resolution values, call the LTwain::SetResolution function.
