pLWIACAPRANGEVALUES is a pointer to an LWIACAPRANGEVALUES structure. If the function parameter type is LWIACAPRANGEVALUES, you can declare an LWIACAPRANGEVALUES variable, update the structure's fields, and pass the variable's address in the parameter. Declaring a pLWIACAPRANGEVALUES variable is necessary only if your program requires a pointer.
LWIACAPRANGEVALUES is used with the LWia::EnumCapabilities function.
