Summary
Fills the RasterPaintCallbacks class with the default settings.
Syntax

Remarks
The default values are:
- ViewPerspective = RasterViewPerspective::TopLeft
- BitsPerPixel = 0
- PlaneCount = 0
- BytesPerLine = 0
- Order = RasterByteOrder::Bgr
- Flags = RasterPaintDibInfoFlags::None
- LowBit = 0
- HighBit = 0
Note that most of these are not good default values, so you need to set each property to the correct value.
