Summary
Gets or sets the value specifying whether or not to allow lossy compression.

Property Value
Yes to allow lossy compression, no otherwise.
Remarks
If allow lossy compression is allow but the requested profile does not permit it, the SCP shall not perform lossy compression. The level lossy compression is at the SCP descretion.
