pasteStringAt Method

Summary

Copies the annotation objects contained in a serialization object at the specified position.

Parameters

data

String containing serialization of annotation objects. This parameter cannot be null

position

Top-left position of the pasted objects in container coordinates.

Remarks

Use the CanPaste property to determine whether annotation objects are in the clipboard and can be pasted. Use this property to update the user interface of your application (for example, enabling or disabling an Edit/Paste menu item).

Since clipboard operations is platform-specific, this method can be used to pass the result from GetClipboardData of PlatformCallbacks to perform the paste operation.

Note that the DeserializeObjectError event will fire if an error occur during the paste operation.
