selectObjects Method

Summary

Selects an object or a group of objects in this AnnAutomation.

Syntax

AnnAutomation.prototype.selectObjects = function( 
   objects 
)

selectObjects( 
   objects: AnnObjectCollection 
): void;

Parameters

objects

Collection of annotation objects to select, this collection should not contain duplicated objects.

Remarks

Use SelectObjects to perform the following actions:

De-select any objects:

automation.selectObjects(null);

Select a single object:

var objects = new Leadtools.Annotations.Engine.AnnObjectCollection(); 
objects.add(annObjectToSelect); 
automation.selectObjects(objects);

Select all the objects in the container:

automation.selectObjects(automation.container.children)

And finally, add an object to the current selection (if no selection exists the current object is selected):

var selectedObjects = automation.container.selectionObject.selectedObjects; 
selectedObjects.add(annObjectToSelect); 
automation.selectObjects(selectedObjects);
