A zero based index of cell that contains the image to get the perspective rotation angle.
A zero-based index into the image list attached to the cell. Pass -2 to retrieve the perspective rotation angle of the image in the selected sub-cell.
Address of the variable to be updated with the perspective rotation angle value.

To set the rotation angle of a specific cell or sub-cell, it is highly recommended to use LImageViewerCell::RotateBitmapPerspective instead of the standard LBitmap::RotateViewPerspective.
