Helper method to align the widths of the items and return the largest value.

Parameters

firstItemIndex

Index of the first item in itemBounds to align.

lastItemIndex

Index of the last item in itemBounds to align.

itemBounds

Array of item bounds to update.

alignment

Alignment to use.

Return Value

The largest width found.

Remarks

This method is used by UpdateTransform.
