Value	Description
true	Only the information about the overlay image is needed. You must now in fill in the InfoWidth, InfoHeight, InfoXResolution and InfoYResolution properties of this CodecsOverlayData object.
false	The actual overlay image is needed. You must now load the overlay image into the Image property of this CodecsOverlayData object.
