Value	Member	Description
0	Unchanged	Nothing has changed. This is default value
1	Modified	An existing annotation object in the container has been modified
2	Added	A new annotation object has been added to the container.
3	AddedAndModified	A new annotation object has been added and then modified in the container
4	Deleted	An annotation object was deleted from the container
