ClipImageToContent is used when ResizeOnTransform is set to false to determine whether to clip the image outside the content area. The following shows the difference when setting this property to true or false (the item is rotated 90 degrees with ResizeOnTransform set to false):
Setting this value will automatically update ImageViewerItem.ClipImageToContent of all the items in this viewer to the same value. To change an item value individually, use the item property directly.
