This method will load the data as an SVG document using ImageViewer.RasterCodecsInstance.LoadSvgAsync. To load the data as a raster image, use AddFromImageUrl.
This method allows you to quickly add an item from a URL. It is the equivalent of the following code:
ImageViewerItem item = new ImageViewerItem();
item.LoadUrlAsSvg = true;
item.Url = url;
imageViewer.Items.Add(item);
If url is null, then an empty item is added.
The value of AutoRenderOptimizeSvgDocuments will determine if the viewer should optimize the SVG document for rendering.
