ltmsLiveStreamAudioEncoding pVal;

pointer to ltmsLiveStreamAudioEncoding

Retrieves the audio encoding used in the stream.

Parameter

Description

pLiveStreamControl

Pointer to an IltmsLiveStreamControl  interface.

pVal

Pointer to an ltmsLiveStreamAudioEncoding variable that receives the live stream's audio encoding type. See the ltmsLiveStreamAudioEncoding enumeration constants for a list of possible values.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
