ltmsLicenseManager Object

The ltmsLicenseManager object holds the toolkit license for the application. Call IltmsLicenseManager::SetLicense before running an ltmsServer object. It is best to keep a reference count to the IltmsLicenseManager interface for the lifetime of the application so that the toolkit library is not unloaded. However, the license will remain valid as long as you retain one reference count on any of the toolkit externally creatable interfaces (i.e. IltmsServer).
