Summary

Cuts the selected objects in the active automation container to the Microsoft Windows clipboard.

Syntax

L_LTAUT_API L_INT L_AutCut(pAutomation, dwFlags )

Parameters

pAUTOMATIONHANDLE pAutomation

Pointer to an automation handle.

L_UINT32 dwFlags

Reserved for future use. Must be 0.

Returns

Value Meaning
SUCCESS The function was successful.
< 1 An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

To paste automation data on the clipboard to the active automation container, call L_AutPaste.

To copy automation data from the active automation container, to the Windows clipboard, use L_AutCopy.

To determine whether there is valid automation data present on the clipboard, call L_AutClipboardDataReady.
