Handle to an existing TWAIN session. This handle is obtained by calling the L_TwainInitSession or L_TwainInitSession2 function.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with the maximum number of images that can be transferred from the current TWAIN source.

This function gets the current maximum transfer count capability CAP_XFERCOUNT value. For more information on these capabilities, refer to the TWAIN specification.
To set the maximum transfer count capability call L_TwainSetMaxXferCount function.
This function should be called after calling the L_TwainStartCapsNeg function and before calling the L_TwainEndCapsNeg function.
