Hovered items (the value of IsHovered is true) may be rendered differently than non-selected items as described in Image Viewer Appearance.
ImageViewerSelectItemsInteractiveMode and ImageViewerActiveItemInteractiveMode modify the hover state of items for UI indication on the item under the mouse or touch.
