	firstPiece	Gets the first Piece in the PieceStructure (by document order).
	getPosition	Gets the position within the document for the target Piece.
	insertPiece	Inserts a Piece before/after the given neighbor.
	lastPiece	Gets the last Piece in the PieceStructure (by document order).
	lengthChanged	Propagates the changes made to the leftTotal property for all TreeNode objects above in the tree.
