Checks if there is a paragraph to the left of the specified BlockPiece
hasParagraphToLeft(root: BlockPiece): boolean;
root
The BlockPiece to check whether there is a paragraph to its left.
true if a paragraph exists to the left, false otherwise.
This is used to see if there is a neighbor paragraph to the left of the specified BlockPiece object.
