Changes from Version 12.1 to Version 13

Version 13 of the LEADTOOLS DICOM C DLL has changed from Version 12.1 as follows:

• LEADTOOLS DICOM C DLL now supports JPEG 2000 compression of Pixel Data Elements.

• LEADTOOLS DICOM C DLL now supports the security to DICOM communication.

• LEADTOOLS DICOM C DLL now supports annotation files stored in DICOM data sets.
