In order to establish an ISCL line connection between two computers, they must establish what version of the ISCL standard they are going to use and what size communication block they will use. To set the communication block size for a server or a client, use the LDicomNet::SetMaxCommBlockLengthISCL function. If the communication block sizes are different between the "client" and the "server", the smallest communication block size will be used when transferring data between the two machines. To determine what communication block size was agreed upon call LDicomNet::GetCommBlockLengthISCL.
