pDICOMELEMENT pElement;

pointer to a DICOMELEMENT structure

L_TCHAR * pszFileName;

pointer to a string with file name

Sets the binary value of an element.

Parameter

Description

pElement Pointer to a DICOMELEMENT structure within the Data Set.
pszFileName String with file name to set binary data from.

Returns

TRUE

The binary value of the Data Element was set successfully.

FALSE

Could not set the binary value of the Data Element.

Comments

This function overwrites the value of the Data Element. The Value Length of the Data Element is then equal to the file length.
