To change the viewer ruler unit, call the LImageViewerCell::SetRulerUnit function.
You can show the current measurement unit on the cell by passing the DISPWIN_TYPE_RULERUNIT to the parameter uType when calling the LImageViewerCell::SetCellTag function.
