Summary

Scales the AnnGroupObject by the specified ratios

   origin: LeadPointD

scaleX

The ratio by which to scale the AnnGroupObject in the x-axis direction.

scaleY

The ratio by which to scale the AnnGroupObject in the y-axis direction.

origin

A LeadPointD object that represents the center of the scale operation.
