When an ISCL connection is no longer needed, it should be closed. There are two options for closing an ISCL using the L_DicomCloseForced function. To request a disconnection, L_DicomCloseForced should be called with the bForced parameter set to FALSE. When doing this, it is a good idea to make sure the ISCL queue is empty by calling L_DicomIsISCLQueueEmpty. To just kill the connection completely, call the L_DicomCloseForced function with the bForced parameter set to TRUE.
