L_LTIVW_API L_HWND L_DispContainerGetCellWindowHandle(hCon, nCellIndex, uFlags)
Returns the window handle for the specified cell.
Handle to the container
A zero-based index of the cell for which to get the window handle.
Reserved for future use. Pass 0.

| NULL | An error occurred. To get extended error information, call GetLastError. And then refer to Return Codes. |
Once you get the window handle for the cell, its best not to change the size of the window. Changing the size of the window may result in unexpected behavior.
When a cell is inserted into a container, the cell's window is created automatically.
