IltmfCapture::get_TargetFormats

C Syntax	HRESULT IltmfCapture_get_TargetFormats(pCapture, pVal)
C++ Syntax	HRESULT get_TargetFormats(pVal)

IltmfCapture *pCapture;	pointer to an interface
IltmfTargetFormats **pVal;	pointer to a pointer

Retrieves the target format collection object.

Parameter	Description
pCapture	Pointer to an IltmfCapture interface.
pVal	Pointer to a variable that receives the target format collection interface pointer.

Returns

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the MediaFoundation documentation.

Comments

The returned IltmfTargetFormats interface is used to enumerate the available output formats, and to select the format to use for capture. See IltmfTargetFormats for details.

If the method succeeds, the caller must free the returned interface pointer by calling the interface's Release method.
