pointer to IltmfTargetFormat interface

pointer to a variable

Determines the index of a specific target audio type in the collection based on the audio properties in the IltmfTargetFormat interface.

Parameter

Description

pTargetAudioTypes

Pointer to an IltmfTargetAudioTypes Interface.

format

pointer to IltmfTargetFormat interface that contains audio properties which is the same as the target audio type's properties.

pVal

Pointer to a variable that receives the zero based index of the matching target audio type. A value of 1 indicates that no match was found.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the MediaFoundation documentation.

Comments

The audio properties that are used in the search criteria are IltmfTargetFormat::get_AudioAvgBytesPerSecond, IltmfTargetFormat::get_AudioBitsPerSample, IltmfTargetFormat::get_AudioNumChannels and IltmfTargetFormat::get_AudioSamplesPerSecond.
