Summary

Gets the window level width value for the image.

Remarks

Sending this instance is a must, otherwise, the custom annotation creation will fail.

If the cell has multiple frames, the retrieved width value is the width value of the selected sub-cell.
To change the window level using the mouse button, use the AddAction method to add the action to the Medical Viewer Cell. Then use the SetAction method to associate the window level action with a mouse button.
