L_LTDIC_API L_INT L_DicomSendAssociateAccept(hNet, hPDU)
Sends an Associate Accept message to a connection. This function is available in the PACS Imaging Toolkit.
A DICOM Network handle. This is the handle created by calling L_DicomCreateNet.
A DICOM Association handle. This is the handle created by calling L_DicomCreateAssociate.

L_DicomSendAssociateAccept is sent by the SCP in response to an L_DicomSendAssociateRequest call placed by an SCU. It establishes the DICOM Association between an SCU and an SCP and generates a call to RECEIVEASSOCIATEACCEPTCALLBACK on the SCU. The SCU and SCP can now transmit DICOM messages and data.
When the DICOM Association is no longer needed, it should be ended. For more information, refer to Closing a DICOM Association.
